November ATC challenge: theme = Winter fun, #16

The swap is still ticking over, five entries again this month. And it is the last until the new year. Again the standard is very high and I am very grateful for the support of those artists who have taken part. the theme for the 16th challenge was, "Winter Fun". Here are the entries, in no particular order.

 Teresa Hall

 Jean E Roman

John Dyhouse: My First Christmas Tree

 Linda Freeman

and last but by no means least, Lydia Hildebrandt

All entries will receive a collage sheet as a small thank you for entering the challenge. I awardedd a prize for my own personal favourite to Teresa, because I loved the blue colour (  seems to go with the theme) and I loved the  snowman's expression.

Keep creating and I will be setting a new challenge on PDA in the new year.

PDA ATC swap, theme = Halloween

This months theme was no surprise. Our 15th swap bought out some great art and new ideas.

The first card was from Teresa

Amy's card gave us a haunted house

 the skeleton was from Kim

Linda ( which card I now have in my collection) gave us witches

Another great card and envelpe from Lydia

 a coffin from Sarah

Bats in the belfry from John

Why not take a trip over to PDA and find out about the free images from Kim Newberg, and the group activities. Membership is free and it is easy to sign up. If you are a member of the NING network already, it is even easier.

PDA ATC swap #14, theme = family matters

Another little dip in the entries this week even though group membership is now 53. However the standard remains very high. here are the entries for the September challenge swap.

the first card is by Amy

followed by Lydia, who presented the card in a wonderfully crafted envelope, as usual

 This was by John

And the last was a wonderful art card from Kim

Thanks for looking, why not browse over to PDA to check out the free images from Kim Newberg

PDA ATC swap, theme = summer fun

This swap was the thirteenth in the series, unlucky for some perhaps but some great atc cards were entered. Still very quiet on the home front but a band of hardy followers is managing to keep the home fires burning. This months entries included:-

a beautiful atc and envelope from Lydia

a bevy of beauties from Mony, and the card isn't bad either

more bathing fun in a great card from Lori

Melanie remembered the summer of love

John bought up the rear with this little number

and Lynda added a late addition, to remind us of some real summer fun

Thanks for looking, why not browse over to PDA to check out the free images from Kim Newberg

Back again with more atc's

It has been a very quiet spring, and the last two challenge swaps on the PDA atc group were pulled thru lack of support. LAst month we restarted our little game and the theme set was "Nature". Entries were still disappointing but we had some wonderful atc's to show for it. We can only hope that as the summer progresses more members will take part. Here are the entries for the July challenge:-

 from Linda Freeman

 from Jean E Roman

from Lydia HIldebrandt

from Melanie Price

from John Dyhouse

PDA ATC swap #8-theme "seasons"

mmmm, if I hadn't found everywhere on the internet to be quiet I would be worrying about the number of entries for these swaps. But I will keep plugging away and setting themes as long as I am allowed to. The entries for swap #8 ( theme = seasons) were up to the usual high standard and I hope the entrants enjoyed the challenge.

The atc's were:-
from Jean
Photobucket

from John
Photobucket

from Kim
Photobucket

from Melanie
Photobucket

and from Suzanne
Photobucket

I hope to be mailing each entrant with a collage sheet from Kim shortly and the winner of the two PDA points this time is Jean. What are PDA points? Well collect them for all sorts of activities on PDA and they can be exchanged for a number of craft goods/ephemera from Kim's store.

PDA ATC swap #7; theme = films

The them seems to have frightened people off this time - unless everyone was busy with easter coming up, etc. But the four entries were:-

Photobucket
The Colour Purple by Thelma

Photobucket
TCM by Melanie

Photobucket

and the final entry by John ( I am sure you know where this quote comes from)
Each entrant in this swap will receive the usual collage sheet from Kim's Etsy shop collection and Suzanne is this weeks's winner of the two PDA points for her card, " Play it Sam".
